About the Project
Tugboat Terror is my first steam release, and I made it with a team of four other programmers at DigiPen Institute of Technology. We spent 9 months developing this game using C in a basic game engine supplied by the faculty at DigiPen.
My responsibilities on this project included:
Writing the enemy AI and manager
Making the custom particle system and using it to implement, fire, smoke, and other particles
Creating the seamless scene transition system
Designing the task-management gameplay loop
Implementing cutscenes
Illustrating the art for the game and marketing materials
